Acid & The Financial Crisis

So...here we are after about 5 years of living in a housing bubble where people borrowed cheap money to live a "better life". The bubble has now popped, people are mad, sad, fearful and looking for ways out of this mess. I find it very interesting when I ask people..so who's to blame here? I hear...Bush, Wall Street, Congress, Greenspan...even Clinton. But I think we can really only point to ourselves. We are at fault...if we borrowed beyond our means. I think it's about personal responsibility. Our nation is in financial debt. It's as simple as that. And bad things can happen when you are in debt. And by the way, I really hope you didn't get burned in all of this :(
So...why am I talking about the financial crisis? Because we can get in nutritional debt the same way way we can get in financial debt - and get the same kind of horrible results. If we live an acid lifestyle of eating too much meat, boxed - canned - packaged foods, cooked foods, coffee, beers, and all that jazz...in combination with not enough veggies, fruits and the good alkalizing stuff....we're going into debt. And the price can be pretty steep, folks.
Managing your pH (which I deem as important as maintaining your blood pressure...and your blood sugar, etc) is really no different than managing your bank account. Spend less than you make! How do you do that? Either make more or spend less. And in the case of your body...get more alkaline elements in or less acidic elements in, and get more acid out of your body and less alkaline elements out.
Here's a good example of how to create a pH budget that will keep you debt free and prospering in your body... plus it will help you save some money too and help with that part of your life. Remember,... a penny saved is a penny earned. When you choose to eat something alkalizing, you're also choosing NOT to eat something acidifying.
How To Get More Alkalizing Elements In Your Body
When you wake up, drink a big green drink. Of course I'm going to recommend pHion Green, because it's just the best :) this will do a few things. It will re hydrate your body early in the day, which is important. It will fill you up a bit, so you'll eat less breakfast. It will deposit a lot of alkalizing elements into your body. Add pH Booster, and it's a double whammy. Add in a scoop of pHion Blue and it's a quadruple whammy.
How To Get Less Acidifying Elements In Your Body
We'll use the morning example again. For breakfast, instead of grabbing the box of Cheerios, try a whole grain cereal like Kashi. Add in some banana slices and dried fruit. Instead of drinking coffee, try some green tea.
How To Get More Acidifying Elements Out Of Your Body
Here's the best way... for a dollar or two a day, you can join a health club that has a sauna. Brink a liter of water with you and spend 20 - 30 minutes in the sauna. You'll sweat out a LOT of acid. Try this... bring some pH strips with you. Test the first sweat that appears. It's usually below 5.5. then test again 20 minutes later. It should be about 7.0 or above!
How To Get Less Alkalizing Elements Out Of Your Body
Do the first three, and you'll lose less of these elements. Example: when you get MORE potassium in your body, you'll excrete LESS calcium in your urine.
