Wheat Sprout Salad

Serves 6

3 cups fresh Wheat Sprouts (or any type of sprouts)
1 cup grated carrots
3/4 cup minced Onion
3 Tbs. Flax Seed Oil
1 1/2 Tbs. fresh Lemon Juice

Mix all. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve on bed of lettuce.
