Serves 4. 1/2 medium bunch Romaine Lettuce, torn 1/2 small head Cauliflower (broken into florets -2 cups) 1/4 cup Radishes, sliced Dressing: 1/4 cup Flax Seed Oil 1 Green Onion, sliced 1/4 Tbs. dried Dill Weed Vegetized Salt or Real Salt Freshly ground Pepper Layer half the lettuce and half the cauliflower in salad bowl. Top with radishes and remaining lettuce and cauliflower. Mix dressing and pour over salad.
