1 head Broccoli
1 cup diced Celery
4 chopped Scallions
1 large Red Onion, chopped
1/3 cup Parsley Dressing or Flax Oil Dressing
Cut raw broccoli into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients, chill one hour.
