Bean Sprout Salad

Serves 4

1/4 cup Flax Seed Oil
2 tsp. fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 tsp. freshly ground Pepper
2 Tbs. Sesame Seeds (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup Green Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Pimento, finely chopped
2 cups fresh Bean Sprouts
1 clove Garlic, crushed

For dressing, combine oil, Liquid Aminos, pepper, garlic, and sesame seeds in blender, and puree. Rinse bean sprouts in cold water, and drain. In a bowl combine bean sprouts, pimento, and onion. Toss lightly in pureed dressing.
